     Welmedic enthusiastically intends to provide holistic health service to patients and elderly persons with a strong commitment, “ethical and knowledgeable practice towards good value and gracefulness,” to develop each and all personnel to possess professional and servicing standards of excellence inclusive of ethical manners in providing care to patients and elderly persons in a pursuit of well-being and in a way responsive to health needs of senior citizen society at present. To accomplish this, a servicing frame under the strategy for Service of Excellence is employed, which includes (1) the component of “Wellness” which refers to the development of service strategy following a suitable standard for clients to gain a perfect physical and mental health by having a good quality of life, and (2) the“Medical” component which refers to the strengthening of caring strategy by emphasizing the professional standards of multidisciplinary team, so as to provide treatment and care following ISO standards to ensure the utmost efficiency for clients.

          Welmedic aims to provide a diverse range of health services as a solution for the current problems of society in pursuing good health. Also, as aging societies have expanded rapidly around the globe, coupled with the fact that the treatment and care services in the hospitals in Thailand, which possess a high level of capability and modern technology, also have an increasing number of both Thai and foreign clients, the demand of nursing workforce has been increasing accordingly. Hence, there is a high demand of nurse staffing agencies to supply nurses to work in hospitals, as well as those for sending other health personnel to provide care closely to patients and elderly persons at home. In order to lessen the burden of the offspring who are occupied with career business, and for the sake of convenience in leading a daily life, there is a need to recruit personnel who are capable of providing quality and reliable care.
