Welmedic was founded by Dr. Siripan Vechasit, Ph.D, who has experience and expertise in nursing personnel development and service quality improvement in hospitals, and in overseeing the management of Piyaminkunarak School (for nurses’ aides’ training), DNH Nursing and Midwifery Clinic, and Duangjai Nursing Home.
